Rear extension – Twickenham

Your unique home improvement requirements shape our bespoke end-to-end service right from the initial consultation to the final build reveal. Our Twickenham customer’s vision allowed Cube to bring this radiant rear extension to life:

The ground floor of their 3-bedroom terraced house felt dark, cramped and had a disjointed layout which made accessing the kitchen and living room difficult.

We saw huge spatial potential in extending out and across the existing kitchen and living room to create a contemporary U-shaped open-plan area. Now the space flows and can easily be separated into distinct zones.

Towards the front of the house, we built a utility and cloakroom and also relocated the boiler there to free up even more space in the new kitchen.

Three large skylights and full width bi-fold doors bring in plenty of natural light and there’s also an external finishing touch to complete the transformation: the new raised terrace works beautifully alongside the bi-fold doors, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, perfect for entertaining.
