Full house refurbishment, loft conversion and extension – Thames Ditton

Project Summary

Cube were invited to extend and refurbish this beautiful semi-detached home in Thames Ditton to provide our clients with significant additional space for their young family. The ground floor was extended to the side and rear to create a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/family area, using large Velux windows and bifold doors to maximise the natural light.

The existing ground floor was reconfigured to create a useful utility room and downstairs WC with a separate living room. On the first floor, Cube refurbished the existing bathroom and rear bedroom to create a generously sized family bathroom with a large shower and separate freestanding bath plus a new nursery.

Cube also created a new dormer loft conversion, providing two well-proportioned additional rooms, currently configured as a charming en-suite guest room and useful home office.
